On the 13th of May, VPride was given the opportunity to hold a hour training session, on the topic of SOGIE. Various trainers from APTC were given a brief introduction into a few of the basic topics of SOGIE, topics such as; Discrimination in the workplace, Staff training, and Creating a safe environment for students.

This short training was an opportunity for APTC’s trainers to see a few of the effective ways of a SOGIE Inclusive institution, and was an opportunity for discussion around policies that are effective.
