Sista Feminism Workshop

VPride was privileged to be able to attend its first workshop on the basis of feminism, run by our partners at Sista and Care International on the 8th of July.

The workshop aimed to introduce feminism and explore the difference between gender equality and feminism, unpack the myths and misconceptions of feminism and to understand what feminism looks like in Vanuatu and the Pacific.

The session was a safe space to speak freely and ask questions, all of which was carried out smoothly and lively due to the amazing facilitators.
